Derpy Hooves Cosplay

My Derpy Hooves cosplay from Youmacon 2011. It's kind of the perfect cosplay for me because I have a controlled lazy eye. I can make it lazy whenever I want. There was also a giant plush muffin that I made to go with it, but I don't think it was finished when I took this picture. I'll snap a quick photo of it soon. The cutie mark, wings, and leg warmers were all hand-made, but the dress and backpack are store bought. This cosplay was a little last minute.
